If you are trying to login to a character, and you get stuck on a loading screen loop with the message of Waiting for Async loading, it may take a few minutes to load in to the game.
- If the looping continues, you can close the game with Alt-F4
- Close the Alpha Two launcher and Steam
- Make sure they have both shutdown completely
- Check your system try for the Steam and Intrepid Studios Launcher
- If either are present, right click the icon to Quit or Exit
- Wait two minutes to let your character completely log off
- Restart Steam and try again
- If the issue persists, follow the steps above, but when you get to the character lobby, create a new character or select a character that is in a different area of the game world
- Once that character loads in, wait about two minutes
- Press Esc and Logout/Switch Character, and try to your main character again
- If the issue still persists, please reboot your PC and try again
