If you're having issues with your purchase, there could be a few different causes. Below are some solutions to common purchase issues.
I was charged for my purchase, but I did not recieve any items.
Make sure that you have checked your Account Inventory to see if the items were granted to your account.
It is possible that your purchase didn't complete and what you're seeing is a pre-authorization. Please open a support ticket and we will be happy to assist.
I was charged twice for one purchase. What can I do?
If you have a duplicate purchase or were charged twice, please open a support ticket so our team can assist.
I purchased a pre-order or another pack, but I can't download the game.
