If you have previously purchased Ashes of Creation from Intrepid, you will first need to connect your Intrepid account with your Steam account. Please follow the steps below to complete that process.

| Once connected, your Intrepid and Steam accounts cannot be disconnected. |

Log in to your Steam account on the Steam website
- Confirm that you are logging in to the correct Steam account
- Once connected, Intrepid and Steam accounts cannot be disconnected

Log in to your Intrepid account on the Ashes of Creation website
- Confirm that you are logged in to the correct Intrepid account
- If you have made a purchase, confirm with your Account Inventory
- On the Ashes of Creation Account Dashboard choose Account Settings from the Account menu
- Under Account Connections, look for Steam Account
- Click on Connect
- The Steam website will open
- You will see the prompt to Sign into ashesofcreation.com using your Steam account
- Sign in to your Steam account
- If the displayed Steam username is not correct, click on Not You?
- Click on Sign In
- The Ashes of Creation website will display a Processing Steam Connection, followed by a Connection Successful message
- Once your accounts have been connected, you will see Ashes of Creation in your Steam Library
- Steam does not display any details about your access or other items granted from a purchase, please check your Account Inventory for those details
