Intrepid Studios may suspend or ban your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service and/or our Code of Conduct. If you find you are unable to log in due to a suspension or ban, please check your e-mail for details as to why disciplinary action was taken.
What if I have a new email or didn't receive the email?
If you are unable to access the e-mail currently on your account, please contact us to update your account information and receive more details.
Someone else was playing and got my account banned or suspended, what do I do?
If you believe your account was compromised, please take steps to secure your account and contact us, although the suspension or ban may not be lifted depending on the severity of the infractions.
Remember, as the account owner, you are solely responsible for anything done on the account. Don't let other people access your account, and if you share your computer with others, lock your account and/or don't save your login information.
My ban or suspension was in error, how can I appeal it?
Should you wish to appeal a suspension or ban, please submit a ticket under "I need to appeal a ban or suspension", and fill out the whole of the form as honestly and accurately as possible.
It's important to note that appealing a suspension or ban does not guarantee that the disciplinary action will be lifted.
