Why is my purchase not working?

If you're having issues with your purchase, there could be a few different causes. Below are some solutions to common purchase issues.

I'm getting a generic "Purchase Error" message when I try to make a purchase in-game.

  • Check to make sure that you have enough Embers to cover the purchase.
  • Try logging out of the game and back in before trying again. Your purchase may still have gone through.
  • If you're still unable to make your purchase, please open a support ticket with our support team.

My purchase won't complete, it just sits in a loading state.

  • Try closing the game and go back in. Your purchase may still have gone through.
  • There may be an issue with your payment method, please reach out to Xsolla Support for assistance. 

I was charged twice for one purchase. What can I do?
