If you receive a 424 error on the launcher, try waiting several minutes to see if the game client launches anyways. If the game client still does not launch, please try the following:
- Ensure that you are running the Launcher as Administrator - you can do so by right clicking the Launcher shortcut icon and selecting “Run as administrator” from the dropdown.
- Repair the Launcher with the installer - redownload the Launcher from the website, run it as Administrator, and select the “Repair” option (pictured below).
- Try running your system in a "clean boot" state - follow these instructions from Microsoft on how to start in a "clean boot" state.
- Try fully reinstalling the launcher with the installation file linked in Step 2.
